    Since we are a continuous class, we have ladies at all different levels. Modifications are shown for beginners, intermediate and advanced so there is no worries of keeping up with someone who has been attending longer. You advance at your own pace

    ABSOLUTELY!!!! I have my certification in Corrective Exercise so modifying a certain movement is no problem.
  • What kind of equipment will I have to provide?
